Flaunt, a dance-music television channel on Sky Digital and Freesat (UK), and Eurobird 1, came to the attention of White Island investigators when appeals for help in solving the mystery of The White Island began appearing on the channel on Friday, 22 August.
Further developments brought the launch of a three-hour weekly TV series, The White Island Takeover, on Flaunt. A number of DJs, all members of The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum, are hosting consecutive episodes, appealing for help to find Elisabeth.
Pete Tong appears in one of the appeals, and there is some speculation that Tong himself may have made arrangements with Flaunt to help in the search for Elisabeth Perl, although this is unconfirmed.
