The first puzzle was less a puzzle than a gateway leading to Elisabeth Perl's blog.
It is reached by clicking on this panel in the rotating cube at www.thewhiteisland.com:

This took the form of a symbol within an unbelievable 360-degree video, which appeared as a dream sequence within The White Island. It was the first of two dream sequences, whose meaning is still unclear.
The video appears to take place within a tunnel, whose location is unknown, but thought to be significant. On one end of the tunnel is a symbol. On the other, Elisabeth Perl herself.

The second puzzle appeared as a representation of a tablecloth with spilled wine stains.
It is reached by clicking on this panel in the rotating cube at www.thewhiteisland.com:

Some think the tablecloth is a photograph from a meeting between Elisabeth Perl and her friend, DJ Sarah Main, although there is no confirmation of this, and the source of the photo is unknown. The puzzle is solved by clicking successive parts of the the symbol that represents Sarah Main. As each is clicked, it is highlighted:
Solving the puzzle led to Sarah Main's gig list, and specifically referred to a scheduled gig at Wild In The Country, however, the event was subsequently cancelled. There is a deep mystery surrounding this event, and more information can be found in the Gigs section.

The third puzzle in The White Island has proved the most mysterious of them all.
It is reached by clicking on this panel in the rotating cube at www.thewhiteisland.com:

The solution to this puzzle is quite simple in execution, but complex in concept. As investigators roll their mouse over each icon, a sound is played. Investigators are invited to drag icons into a row. Once done, and "send" is pressed, the icons play, in order.
This puzzle appeared around the time that Pete Heller's tunes went missing, as he describes in a video interview on Pete Tong's Fast Trax. Heller's biggest tune to date has been "Big Love", a House Music classic. When the icons are dragged in the right order, they reproduce the chorus of "Big Love".

A correct solution leads to The Society for the Protection of Ancient Ibiza, where Elisabeth Perl worked before she disappeared.

The fourth puzzle takes the form of a map.
It is reached by clicking on this panel in the rotating cube at www.thewhiteisland.com:

In this puzzle, an odd shapes lies to the right of a map of Europe. Investigators are instructed to "drag the route onto the map to find the path". Finding the appropriate place on the map is challenging in itself, however, when the bottom-most intersection of lines point to Ibiza, the route is marked in place. Four cities are emphasised: Ibiza, Barcelona, London and Dortmund. Four boxes then appear with four symbols, and we are invited to drag the symbols into the appropriate boxes.
Sarah Main's symbol appears, and is immediately associated with Ibiza, where she resides, and is resident at Pacha.
DJ Yoda's symbol is also there, and associated with Barcelona.
Pete Heller is based in London, and his symbol should be placed there.
We can then deduce that the fourth symbol belongs to Dortmund, and the Love Parade.

A correct solution leads to a fan website for Antonio Perleamo.

The fifth puzzle appeared more as a set of codes, bluetoothed to people's phones at the 10 Days Off festival in Ghent, Belgium. Although these puzzles were inaccessible to most investigators associated with The White Island, both Charles Kriel and another reporter provided regular reports on developments via DJSounds.
For three consecutive nights, codes were pumped into people's phones, presumably by The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum. The codes were "AX", "UM", and "OR". The meaning of these codes is still unknown.

The sixth puzzle was a scrambled word:

This puzzle appeared a panel in the spinning cube at The White Island, which depicted a hole in concrete:

The correct solution to the puzzle was "ORUMAX", and lead investigators to the website of Orumax Ltd.
At the website was a password protected client area. An email from The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum revealed the password and login:
"Dear friend, this is a communication from the Brotherhood.
Our young chum Elisabeth is back on the White Island, but not yet, we fear,
out of harm's way. Nor is she where we might keep her safe, even if for a
moment.
Still, chin up - she may at least find these details useful. Especially if
she wants to know more about our slippery friends over at Orumax, and what
their clients have been looking at. There's a place that needs a password.
She'll find the next step there. http://www.orumax.com
Elisabeth will first need to know and enter the name of the island off of
the island (it's private), and then the name of someone who dwelt there
with the book of the law. He was a brother, too. Not to be cryptic, but you
never know who's listening.
Ask her to use what she learns to find people who can help. They'll point
her to the things she needs.
And do be careful...
We remain,
Your humble servants,
The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum"
The correct answer to this riddle was "login: tagomago; password: aleistercrowley." Crowley was the author of "The Book of the Law", and lived briefly on the island of Tagomago.
There is speculation this may be a special site for The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum. And indeed, the letter leads one to believe Aleister Crowley may well have been a member of The Brotherhood.
Behind the Client area, investigators found a map with "areas of interest" to Orumax Ltd:

Most of the sites emphasised are either major clubs, or traditionally "spiritual" sites on the Island of Ibiza. This led quite solidly into the seventh puzzle.

The seventh puzzle appeared as a series of GPS co-ordinates, and lay behind a panel of a painting in the virtual cube at The White Island:

The GPS co-ordinates were primarily for either clubs, bars or "spiritual" sites on the Island of Ibiza:

Once this puzzle was solved correctly, it yielded the following information: "Esmeralda 1938". Investigators were then led to the password protected area of the website of The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum.
On entering the information, a page was revealed with a video, the message "These may be of some use..." and a number of images:

These records are, at this writing, still being analyzed.

On appearance, the eighth puzzle in the mystery of The White Island appears quite straightforward, however, it leads to a wealth of information for investigators.

The puzzle below appeared behind the image above:

Given the history of the investigation, it was relatively easy to decipher this puzzle.
The solution: la isla blanca. This is the name of Elisabeth Perl's blog.
This led to all of the letters disappearing, and the boxes rearranging themselves into the following shape, revealing all of the symbols that have been presented to date.

Investigators were then given the following information:
tell
her
UnForums users quickly deciphered this as the username / password combination for a page labelled "...and our message to her" at the site of The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum.
There, the following document was revealed, which is thought to be a shipping manifest from The Esmerelda, a ship believed to have set sail from Algiers to Ibiza in 1938:

Investigators were then led to another page, this time on the fansite for obscure surrealist artist, Antonio Perleamo. This page, as well, requires the username / password "tell" and "her". An image of the only surviving drawing of Perleamo is revealed there:

This is an x-ray of Perleamo's drawing, and reveals the following text:
End of summer is the time.
Paint them bright and hang from sticks of pine.
The rest around, but with Tanit’s Isle the first and greatest of them align.
The protector will lead the dance.
There must be energy within.
There must be music and song.
Pass the bottle and I will dance a Ball Pages that will last 500 years!
Investigators suspect this may be the description of a ceremony rumoured to be about to take place on the island of Ibiza, and hinted at in an email sent to the fansites administrators by superstar DJ Sarah Main:
"I was reading about the symbols and Elisabeth, and then Perleamo's automatic writing, and something clicked. The rumor mill is pushing a ritual party on the Eastern Shore of San Antonio Bay during the closing weekend. I thought it was another club promotion, but after reading Perleamo's automatic writings, I think it may be the ritual described in Perleamo's automatic writing."

This puzzle appeared under very unusual circumstances, and is only circumstantially related to The White Island, in that it did not appear where any of the other puzzles have before. In fact, it appears on the website of The Society for the Protection of Ancient Ibiza, run by James Haddow.

Haddow explains the sudden appearance as follows:
"We here at the SPAI have been deeply concerned this summer over the whereabouts of our assistant Elisabeth Perl. We've learned that many people have joined in the hunt for her, and that a number of puzzles and clues have appeared on the internet providing information.
"We, too, have found a puzzle ourselves. We've linked to it on the What we've found page of our site. In the spirit of previous puzzles, and of Pioneer ProDJ, we are offering a Pioneer CDJ-400 to the first person who solves this puzzle, and helps us find Elisabeth.
"Thanks for your help.
"James Haddow"
Investigators have also noted that the puzzle appears as an inverse of the other puzzles. Nonetheless, investigators immediately solved the puzzle (below), and have concluded that although it bears a striking resemblance to the logo of Orumax Ltd., it is, indeed, another symbol in the mystery of The White Island.

A correct solution to the puzzle leads investigators to an article about an archaeological dig seeking evidence of the worship of the Phoenician god Bes, after whom Ibiza is named.
