Elisabeth Perl notes in her blog that she met Sarah Main at a gig of hers in Ibiza in May. This would most likely indicate that they met at the famed F*ck Me I'm Famous night at Pacha, Ibiza.

Elisabeth was scheduled to meet Pete Tong at IMS at the Insotel Fenicia Prestige in Ibiza, where the first International Music Summit was held. It was also at this gig where Pete Tong's tunes went missing. According to Tong, he dropped his tracks off in the DJ booth and went to meet Elisabeth. When the latter failed to show, he returned to the booth to find his tracks missing. In their place were two silver artefacts, which he subsequently sent to ARGN, examined in this video. Kriel, who attended IMS, first learned of the mystery of The White Island at IMS from Tong, and began following the story.

During the Space Opening Festival, immediately following the International Music Summit, images of the first symbol associated with The White Isand began appearing in the video sets of both Pete Tong and Dan Tait, who opened the festival.

Sonar Barcelona was the site of a great deal of action associated with The White Island.

Internet investigators following the story of The White Island first realized Barcelona might be associated with the mystery when
Elisabeth Perl, now missing, sent a video message to DJ Sarah Main. In the message, Elisabeth reads out a list of numbers she received, which investigators deduced to be a set of GPS co-ordinates leading to Barcelona. Reports also surfaced that investigators decompiling one of the puzzles at thewhiteisland.com found a message referring to DJ Yoda and Sonar, but no further information has surfaced.

At Sonar, images of one of the symbols began appearing in DJ Yoda's DJ set.

Earlier, Charles Kriel created his first
video report on The White Island.
Wonderland is Pete Tong's new night at Eden, San Antoni, Ibiza. When three of Pete Tong's latest remixes disappeared at the International Music Summit, Tong expressed particular disappointment, as he'd hoped to play them out at the opening party of Wonderland. They are still unrecovered.

At the opening, as at the opening of the Space Festival, the first symbol associated with
The White Island began appearing in the video of Pete Tong's set. This has repeated itself consistently through the summer season so far.

Internet investigators discovered two separate trails leading them to DJ Sarah Main's gig at Wild in the Country: first, solving one of the puzzles at www.thewhiteisland.com led to a listing on Sarah Main's MySpace blog; and, some investigators discovered a mystical hint in the automatic writing sample of Antonio Perleamo at a fan website. The latter has potentially profound implications. First, if the sample is a fake, then who was leading people toward this event? However, if the sample were real, given it was written decades ago, what is the mystical connection between Perleamo and Wild in the Country.

That the event was cancelled with little explanation only adds to the mystery.

The Dortmund Love Parade (nee Berlin Love Parade) was the site of a dream-like event for Elisabeth Perl. In a video from an unknown source, Elisabeth reveals that she awoke to find herself at the Love Parade, where she was approached by a man she had never seen before. The man gave her a green chrysanthemum, and told her to go to Ghent, where she would find what she was looking for.

Internet investigators deduced this to be
10 Days Off, a festival in Ghent.

More disturbing, however, is the form of the
video itself. It appears as a dream, and some have speculated the man may be a "dream catcher", although others are led to believe this may be a hoax perpetrated by Perl herself.

At the 10 Days Off Festival in Ghent, followers of The White Island experienced a close encounter with The Brotherhood of the Green Chrysanthemum. House music lovers at the festival received Bluetooth messages sent to their phones, indicating specific codes for particular DJs playing at the festival.

These events suggested that the Brotherhood is an organisation sympathetic to Elisabeth Perl and whose members might include several DJs. Some speculate the DJs include Tiefschwarz, Tocadisco, Andy C, and others.
